Highlights of our activities in China and the US over the last 10 years
Dr. Roye operates on a 10 year old in Guangzhou with a stiff and significant curvature of the spine of 70 degrees. After a non-stop 9 hour procedure, the girl was talking to Dr. Roye the next day, and the family relieved and happy.
The IHL team performs five pediatric orthopedics surgery, including three spine cases at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital in Nanjing for a CCPF mission.
IHL is honored to celebrate with our partner the Beijing Health Alliance Charitable Foundation’s 10th year anniversary.
As travel restrictions were put in place, IHL pivoted our trainings online. Our INSIGHT COVID-19 online public health management education program reached millions of Chinese and medical professionals across the world.

IHL Latest Updates
International Healthcare Leadership was founded at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. IHL is an independent non-profit organization developed to train Chinese healthcare professionals how to incorporate healthcare public policy into healthcare reform and hospital management.
Armed with the evidence-based management tools and public health best practices, Chinese healthcare professionals will become “change agents” in their hospitals, businesses, universities, and government organizations to provide better, safer services and quality of care. Participants in IHL programs will gain access to the IHL alumni network affecting the health of millions and helping to address systemic barriers to healthcare distribution.
